The main thing is to conduct related inspections on the paint film. The thickness, color and uniformity of the paint film must be tested. A relatively common phenomenon is that the paint film coating is easy to fall off. So what are the reasons for this phenomenon?

　　Possibility 1. In order to blindly pursue efficiency, some aluminum veneer manufacturers omitted the preparation before spraying. As a result, the dirt, rust and chemicals on the surface of the aluminum plate were not cleaned up, so the paint film could not be covered well. The surface of the aluminum plate seriously affects the quality of the aluminum veneer.

　　Possibility two, some aluminum veneer manufacturers have done the steps of anti-oxidation treatment and degreasing before spraying. Why does the paint film fall off? The reason for this phenomenon is that the treated aluminum plate is not dried. If spraying is performed on the surface of the wet or moldy aluminum plate, the paint film will not be easily absorbed on the surface of the aluminum plate.

　　Possibility three, the pre-spraying process time did not meet the requirements, resulting in the weak adsorption capacity of the aluminum plate, which would also cause the paint film to fall off.
